Terms & Conditions — odin77 Platform Agreement

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the odin77 website accessible at odin77.cam, including all subdomains, mobile applications, and associated digital interfaces operated by odin77.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any natural person who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by a Player on the Platform, containing their personal details, balance, transaction history, and betting records.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held within a Player's Account that are available for wagering or withdrawal, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by odin77 that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus Funds amount must be staked before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to odin77's identity and document verification procedures, including the collection and review of government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification documents.
• "Services" refers collectively to all gambling, gaming, sports betting, and ancillary services offered on the Platform, including but not limited to sportsbook markets, live casino, slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, and e-sports betting.
• "WIB" refers to Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), which applies to Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Yogyakarta, and surrounding areas, and is the default time zone for all odin77 operational references unless otherwise stated.
• "Force Majeure" refers to any event beyond odin77's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, cyber-attacks, or acts of war.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the odin77 Platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that:

1. You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. odin77 operates a strict 21+ age policy and will refuse registration or suspend any Account where underage use is suspected.
2. You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling and sports betting under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your location.
3. You are not acting on behalf of any third party, and are registering solely in your own name for your own personal entertainment purposes.
4. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of odin77, nor an immediate family member of such a person, where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.
5. You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by odin77 or any other gaming operator, that remains in force at the time of registration or use.
6. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the odin77 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, and potential permanent banning from the Platform.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile telephone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. odin77 reserves the right to require documentary evidence confirming the accuracy of any detail provided at any time.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. odin77 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access was facilitated by your failure to secure your login credentials. You must notify odin77 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.4 Account Currency

All Accounts on odin77 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits made via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja will be credited in IDR at the rate applicable at the time of the transaction. odin77 does not support multi-currency accounts.

4 KYC & Verification

odin77 operates a mandatory KYC verification process for all Accounts. Completion of KYC verification is required before any withdrawal may be processed. odin77 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during an Account's lifetime, including but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., KTP — Indonesian National Identity Card, SIM, or valid passport).
• Proof of residential address issued within the previous 90 days (e.g., a bank statement from BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri, or a utility bill).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a bank account statement showing the Account holder's name and account number matching the details on the odin77 Account).
• Source of funds documentation for high-volume Accounts or where transactions exceed thresholds set by odin77's internal compliance team.

odin77 will process KYC documents within 3 business days of receipt. Accounts that fail to submit satisfactory documentation within 14 days of a formal KYC request may have their withdrawal functionality suspended until compliance is achieved. odin77 is committed to handling all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

odin77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change without prior notice. Deposits are credited to your Account in real time for most methods; bank transfers may take up to 15 minutes during standard banking hours.

odin77 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed only to a payment method that matches the name on your verified odin77 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• All applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are as specified on the cashier page.
• BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri withdrawals are typically processed within 15–60 minutes during WIB business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB, Monday to Saturday). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available business day.
• odin77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding stated thresholds. This may extend processing times.

5.3 Deposit & Withdrawal Currency

All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). odin77 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. Any funds received in a currency other than IDR may be subject to conversion at odin77's prevailing exchange rate.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

odin77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed Account registration and KYC verification unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Each bonus promotion is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated for each promotion. Example: a Rp 500.000 welcome bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires a total wagering volume of Rp 15.000.000 before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the individual promotion's terms. Failure to satisfy the wagering requirement within the stated period will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
• odin77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, without prior notice, and to void bonuses or winnings where abuse or manipulation is suspected.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific game types, studios, or markets. Bets placed on games or markets outside the specified scope may not count toward wagering requirements.
• Players who have opted into a self-exclusion program or have set deposit limits may not be eligible to receive certain promotional offers.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sportsbook

All sportsbook wagers placed on odin77 — including markets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Timnas Indonesia, AFF Cup, FIFA World Cup qualification, and MotoGP — are subject to the individual market rules displayed at the point of bet placement. Key principles include:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform, subject to the exceptions listed below.
• In the event of a match postponement, odin77 reserves the right to void or suspend affected markets in accordance with standard industry practice.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all legs to win for the bet to be settled as a winner. Any void leg within a parlay may be excluded, with the remaining legs recalculated a t the adjusted odds.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to real-time suspension and price changes. odin77 reserves the right to void any in-play bet placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined.
• Voor bola (Asian Handicap) markets follow standard Asian Handicap settlement rules as published on the Platform's betting rules page.

7.2 Casino & Live Casino

All casino games — including live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session, odin77's system will record the last confirmed game state. Any disputed outcome will be reviewed against server-side logs. The Platform's decision on disputed casino outcomes is final, subject to the formal complaints procedure set out in Clause 16.

7.3 Togel

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on odin77 follow officially published draw results from recognized draw operators. Any discrepancy between the draw result displayed on odin77 and the official source will be resolved in favor of the official source. odin77 bears no liability for delays in the publication of draw results caused by the draw operator.

7.4 E-Sports

E-sports betting markets — including Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, and Free Fire — are settled based on officially published tournament results from the relevant organizer. odin77 reserves the right to void e-sports markets where results are disputed, reversed, or where the integrity of the event is called into question by the organizing body.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the odin77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the Platform, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or defraud the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name, or depositing funds derived from fraudulent, criminal, or unauthorized sources.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, match-fixing, or sports corruption, including placing bets on events where you have insider knowledge or a direct influence on the outcome.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions with your bank or payment provider after using the funds for wagering on odin77.
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing Account restrictions.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law, while misrepresenting your location.
• Engaging in any conduct that odin77 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful toward Platform staff or other players.

9 Responsible Gaming

odin77 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling across its entire player base. We recognize that gambling should be a form of entertainment, and we actively support players in maintaining healthy habits. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their Account at any time via their Account settings or by contacting support.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to receive notifications when a specified play period has elapsed.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary Account restriction for a period of their choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel their gambling has become problematic may request a full self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be locked, all marketing communications will cease, and re-registration will be blocked.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the odin77 Platform — including but not limited to the odin77 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of odin77 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft). Nothing in these Terms grants you any license, right, or interest in any odin77 intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any odin77 content without prior written consent from odin77. Unauthorized use of odin77 intellectual property may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, odin77 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, regarding the Platform and its Services. Specifically:

• odin77 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available continuously, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• odin77 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable.
• odin77's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• odin77 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by a Force Majeure event.
• odin77 is not responsible for the quality, availability, or legality of the internet connection or device used by a Player to access the Platform.

12 Privacy & Data

odin77's collection, storage, and processing of personal data — including information provided during registration, KYC verification, and financial transactions — is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

odin77 will never sell your personal data to unauthorized third parties. All data is processed using industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. Payment details — including bank account numbers associated with BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and e-wallet accounts for OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja — are treated as sensitive financial data and are subject to the highest available security protocols.

13 Amendments

odin77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

14 Termination

14.1 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting odin77 support at [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance remaining after the satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements will be refunded to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification.

14.2 Termination by odin77

odin77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, confirmed underage use, or where continued operation of the Account would violate applicable law or regulatory obligations.

Where an Account is closed by odin77 due to a breach of these Terms, odin77 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account's Balance as compensation for losses incurred by the Platform as a result of the breach, in addition to any other remedies available at law.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which odin77 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure (see Clause 16) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Players based in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling occupies a unique legal position under Indonesian law, and that it is their personal responsibility to assess the legality of participation in their specific location.

16 Contact & Complaints
